Braised pork tongue - the recipe
Ingredients: Language (swine ) 150 , soy sauce 5 Concentrate 5 , lard 20 , 10 starch , rice wine 10 . Portion weight 150 g
Boiled and peeled pork tongue cut into thin slices.
