Pork fried with noodles - recipe
Ingredients: Pork 118, mung bean vermicelli, dried peas 20, lard 30, dried mushrooms muer 2, 5 soy sauce, rice wine 10 Concentrate 5. Portion weight 200 g
Noodles, cooked pea mash and mushroom muer drained from the water. Flesh back leg or loin trimmed and cut into slices.
When ordering pork put on a strongly heated pan with a little fat and repeated shaking fry until cooked, then put the mushrooms and vermicelli muer, pour seasoned broth (20 g), soy sauce, rice vodka, add concentrate and ginger infusion, repeated shaking and pour in the melted lard.
Appearance - noodles with slices of pork in a sauce of light brown color.
Taste - roast pork with soy sauce and flavor concentrate.
