Bouillon with mushrooms - recipe

Ingredients: Dried Mushrooms iner 10, soy sauce 5 , 10 rice wine, ginger 10, sesame oil 5 Concentrate 5 , 1 alum, salt 1.

Iner mushrooms thoroughly drained of water , put in a bowl, pour Bouillon and ready to bring to a boil , then remove foam , pour sesame oil . This Bouillon is poured into a soup bowl, a bowl or deep plate.

 

Appearance - clear chicken Bouillon pale yellow with sparkles on the surface of fat and cooked mushrooms.

 

Taste - good chicken Bouillon flavor of sesame oil.
