Soup with shark fins - recipe


Ingredients: Dried shark fins 100 , 31 hams, mushrooms, dried syangu 5, dried bamboo shoots 5 , 10 rice wine, ginger 10, soy sauce 5 , 5 concentrate, chicken fat 5 , 1 alum, salt 1.
