Ingredients: Apples 143,
starch 10, lard 5 , 15 red pears, sugar 50, 1 fruit essences. Portion weight
Apples are cleaned, cut the
stalk together with the upper part of the apple and gently remove the core
(lower part of the apple should remain whole). Prepared apples filled with
minced meat, cooked starch, red peas, cover the top of the apples and cook
steamed until cooked.
When ordering apples, put on a
plate and pour SA Harn syrup with fruit essence.
Appearance - boiled apple
sauce poured a light brown color.
Taste - apples and syrup with
a pleasant aroma of fruit essences.
