Sweet cakes - recipe

Ingredients : For the dough : Wheat flour 30 % probability 65, 40 water , yeast 10 . For the stuffing : red pea starch 25 , sugar 25 , lard 5 . Weight 150 g patty

In the warm water diluted yeast, pour the sifted flour and knead the dough . Prepared dough is left to ferment for 3-4 hours in a warm place . During bro -tion dough once or twice settle down .
