Flesh pork,
trimmed, cut into slices and fry until cooked in a small amount of fat. In
whipped egg lay concentrate, salt untucked poured chicken broth (20 g) and rice
vodka and mixed well.
The
prepared mixture was poured on highly heated pan with fat and with repeated,
shaking the pan fry until cooked, then put the pork, repeated shaking and pour
the melted fat.
Appearance
- thick egg mass pale yellow color with chunks of meat.
Taste -
fried eggs and pork with rice vodka aroma.
