Sifted flour brewed with boiling water and knead the
dough. Dumplings made somewhat larger
than boiled, and nipped them figuratively.
Minced prepared in the same manner as described in the
previous formulation. Prepared boiled dumplings, steamed in a special sieve.
When ordering dumplings removed from the screen and
put on a plate. Soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, and divided into segments, but not
peeled garlic served separately.
Appearance and taste of steam dumplings - the same as
boiled.
