Ingredients: Pork 118 25 soybean paste, egg (protein) 1/4 pcs., Starch 20, lard 30, 5 soy sauce, rice wine 10, sugar 10, concentrate 5. Portion weight 200 g

Stripped flesh back leg or loin cut into small cubes and soaked in a mixture of protein and starch, diluted with cold water (1: 1).
