Ingredients : Pork 118 egg 1/4 pcs . , Lard 30 , starch 30 , concentrate 5 . Portion weight 100 g

Flesh back leg or loin trimmed and cut into small pieces .
When ordering prepared pork slices dipped in a mixture of beaten eggs , soy sauce and starch diluted with water (1 : 1) , and fry in deep fat . Preparedness throws and put on a plate , on board of which poured allspice, mixed with salt. Before mixing allspice should dry , pulverized , and then sift .
Appearance - slices of roast pork brown.
Taste - roast pork with flavor of allspice .
