Steam pork dumplings - recipe
Ingredients : Pork 118 , belly Kaluga dried 10 , dried sea cucumbers 4 , 5 concentrate , rice wine 5 . For the sauce : rice wine 5 Concentrate 5 , 10 starch , soy sauce 5 , lard 30 , green onions 12. Portion weight 150 g
